Customer Service Representative – PART TIME ONLY

Mon- Thurs 10:30am – 5:15 pm; Some Sunday Work Required

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS

Responsible for assisting internal and external customers in an orderly and profitable manner by acting as a Liaison between customers, MA’s, Account Executives and management

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 -2 years in a customer service level position preferred. Product Knowledge preferred. Use of 10-Key by touch preferred.

Marketing Associate Trainee

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS

To build customer loyalty to our organization by developing and implementing a strategy that introduces our available services, products, and resources to our customers. To demonstrate through our professionalism, expertise and experience our sincere commitment to helping our customers be successful while achieving the sales and profit dollar plan established for the territory handles by the Marketing Associate.

* MUST RESIDE IN GEOGRAPHICAL VICINITY OF TERRITORY.

*Food Service Distribution Sales Experience Preferred. Demonstrated Selling Skills Preferred.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma/general education degree (GED) required; a culinary arts, marketing, hospitality or business degree preferred.

2 years foodservice management or outside (business to business) sales and/or 4 years foodservice, food retail and/or hospitality experience; or an equivalent combination

No more than three (3) jobs in the last five (5) years.
